Enhance Your Home’s Curb Appeal One Unlimited Idea at a Time!

When searching for a new home or thinking about updating your current one, a few ideas are important to remember. First is that the outside of your home reflects the inside, which is why curb appeal can be so important, but ironically, is often forgotten about.

Here at Unlimited Contracting LLC, we want to be your go-to source for home improvement ideas. Which is why we are sharing some simple ideas on how to increase the aesthetics of your home, while improving your property value!

Statement Door: Your front door is the focal point of your home, so have your home look and feel inviting by adding a pop of color, a full fresh coat of paint, or a new door knob. If you need to start from scratch, a custom door is a great option. Need help finding your style or narrowing down the color? We are always happy to draw from your inspiration and create something that you and your home will love.

Outdoor Lighting:  Outdoor lighting is extremely important to the overall aesthetic of your home. Not only does outdoor lighting add warmth, but it improves your home’s safety and security. Lighting along your walkways can make a big difference and is a simple way to elevate your home’s look. You can start with landscape lighting and gradually build up to the porch lighting!

Window Treatments: An easy way to add an update to the outside of your home is through window treatments. This could include painting the trim, adding shutters for charm, or a window box to hold flowers.

Tile: Your entryway sidewalk doesn’t have to be the standard cement or cobblestone.  For a more elevated look, opt for tile. This will make a grand statement from start to finish! Even sidewalk design is a great way to elevate your home’s curb appeal.

If one, or all, of these ideas become your next project, you will be sure to improve your home’s curb appeal!
